The bonds that children form with their foster parents are crucial to their long-term development. Therefore, we take great care in recruiting, training, and supporting high-quality individuals who share our commitment and passion.

At Bespoke fostering we listen to every child and create a tailored plan that aligns with their needs and long-term aspirations. We refer to this as a ‘pathway,’ which acts as a roadmap with key milestones along the way. In collaboration with our foster parents and child social worker, we take responsibility for helping each child make positive strides along this pathway.

Each child in our care will have a dedicated social worker who spends time every month listening to their experiences, documenting their achievements, and tracking their progress against their plan. This three-way relationship among children in care, social workers, and foster parents ensures everyone is working closely together towards the same goal. Our supervising social workers are highly qualified, trained, and experienced in working with young people.

Bespoke Fostering believes in Education which is a vital component of every child’s development, and it’s essential that we get this right, especially since many children in care may have faced disruptions. We have a network of educational specialists to offer additional support, as well as to create tailored learning plans when necessary. Together with children and their foster parents, we strive to help each child reach their full potential.

Some of the children and young people in our care may require extra support from qualified counselors and therapists. We provide this essential support to both children and foster parents, ensuring that each child’s development remains on track.

Our offices organise frequent events to bring children and their foster families together. From simple gatherings to trips to theme parks, pantomimes, or the seaside, these activities foster valuable friendships and create an informal support network for foster families.
